The Boston GLOW Career and Empowerment Conference is a day of community building and skill sharing among women and their allies. We seek to uplift and validate the characteristics that make us great employees, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

Being a native-born Puerto Rican, I am bilingual in English and Spanish. Growing up in a family of swimmers, I\\'ve been a certified lifeguard for 6 years and counting.
